This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs the CodeReady app, an ACLS reference app designed for healthcare professionals.

PRIVACY-FIRST SUMMARY

CodeReady (Pro) serves as an offline medical guide, providing a code-resuscitation walkthrough and clinical reference for healthcare professionals. The entire process operates directly on your device. We do not run servers that collect your data, do not require any account creation, and do not conduct analytics or tracking. Nothing you enter or view gets transmitted to us.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Patient-identifiable data — the app functions solely as a reference and does not save any clinical case data

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

DATA AND STORAGE

All processing occurs locally. The app exclusively stores two values via DataStore: your disclaimer-acceptance flag and your selected language, both of which are cleared upon uninstalling the app.

Permissions: None beyond installation defaults.

Third-Party SDKs: None.

Distribution: Google Play; all purchase transactions are managed by the store operator.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

As we do not collect or retain your personal data on any server, most data protection rights are automatically honored. You have the option to uninstall the app or clear its storage at any moment. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand are afforded additional rights; since we maintain no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will simply confirm that no such data exists. Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, please note that the app only displays educational content and does not associate any inputs with identifiable individuals, transmit them off-device, or retain them between sessions. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

CodeReady (Pro) is intended exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals (adults only) and is not directed toward children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. For any concerns, contact support@blackfox-media.com, as we retain no user data to delete.

DATA SECURITY

Your device serves as the primary security barrier. The app leverages the platform permission and sandboxing model, storing its two preference values in a secure app area. On rooted devices, these security guarantees may not apply.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the CodeReady app or legal requirements. Material changes will be noted in the Last Updated date and highlighted in the in-app About/Read Me screen. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of these changes.

GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes must be brought exclusively in Texas courts unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
