This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy for apps at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs StrokeReady, our innovative acute stroke tool for healthcare professionals.

PRIVACY-FIRST SUMMARY

StrokeReady serves as an offline acute-stroke localization and treatment decision-support tool tailored for healthcare professionals. Everything operates directly on your device, ensuring your privacy. We do not run servers to collect your data, require no account creation, and engage in no analytics or tracking. All actions within the app remain local—nothing you enter or view is transmitted to us.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)  

- Patient-identifiable data — inputs are processed solely on-device and are not retained between sessions  

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files  

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

DATA AND STORAGE

All processing is local within the healthcare professionals application. The app stores just a single boolean flag (your acceptance of the disclaimer) via DataStore, which is removed when you uninstall the app. 

Permissions: None beyond installation defaults.  

Third-Party SDKs: None.  

Distribution: Through app stores; purchase transactions handled by the store operator.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights. Because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, note that the app displays only educational content and does not associate inputs with an identified individual, nor does it transmit or retain data between sessions. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

StrokeReady is designed exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals (adults only) and is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you have any concerns, please contact support@blackfox-media.com; we hold no user data to delete.

DATA SECURITY

Your device functions as the primary security barrier. The app utilizes the platform’s permission and sandboxing model, storing its single preference flag in the private app area. On rooted devices, these guarantees may not hold.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may revise this policy to reflect any changes to the app or applicable law. Material changes will appear in the Last Updated date and be noted in the in-app About/Read Me screen. Continued use implies acceptance of these changes.

GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes are exclusively resolved in Texas courts unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
