This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs Stroke Ready, an acute-stroke educational reference for licensed healthcare professionals.

Privacy-First Policy

Stroke Ready runs entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that collect your data, require no account, and run no analytics or tracking. Nothing you enter or view is transmitted to us.

Educational Reference

Stroke Ready is an educational reference for trained, licensed clinicians. It displays published guideline material and classic vascular neuroanatomy, and computes standard published clinical scores from values the clinician enters. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat, and it does not replace neuroimaging, a neurology or stroke-team consultation, or a proper clinical examination. It is NOT medical advice and NOT a substitute for your own professional judgment, your institution's stroke protocols, your scope of practice, or the direction of the treating physician or medical director. Every output is reference material for clinical reasoning, not a recommendation to act. The treating clinician remains solely and fully responsible for all patient-care decisions and for verifying eligibility, contraindications, and treatment timing against current guidelines and institutional protocol. Content is drawn from published acute-stroke guidelines (e.g., AHA/ASA), cited in-app; because guidance evolves, always confirm against the current standard of care.

Information We Do Not Collect

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

- Any clinical inputs you enter are not associated with an identified individual, are not transmitted off-device, and are not retained between sessions

Data & Storage

All processing occurs locally on your device. The app stores only local preference values (such as your disclaimer-acceptance flag and selected language), which are removed when you uninstall the app.

- Permissions: None beyond installation defaults.

- Third-Party SDKs: None.

Distribution

Google Play and the Apple App Store; purchase transactions are handled by Google or Apple.

Apple App Store Privacy (iOS)

- App Tracking Transparency: Stroke Ready does not track you across apps or websites. It presents no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and requests no tracking permission.

- App Privacy "Nutrition Label": Data Not Collected. The app collects no data types as defined by Apple's App Privacy questionnaire.

- Privacy Manifest: The app's Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declares no tracking and no collected data types.

Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, note that the app provides educational reference material only and does not associate any inputs with an identified individual, transmit them off-device, or retain them between sessions. Children's Privacy

Stroke Ready is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and other adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we hold no user data to delete. Contact support@blackfox-media.com with any concern.

Data Security

Your device is the primary security boundary. The app relies on the platform permission and sandboxing model and stores its preference values in the private app area. On rooted or jailbroken devices, these guarantees may not hold.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date and noted in the in-app About/Read Me screen. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

This app is an independent educational reference and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Heart Association / American Stroke Association (AHA/ASA), the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, or any other guideline-issuing or certifying body. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes must be brought exclusively in Texas courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
