This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs Tactical Ops Ready, an offline educational study tool for tactical operations and close-quarters battle (CQB) concepts.

Privacy-First Summary

Tactical Ops Ready is a privacy-first educational study tool for tactical operations — squad, small-team and large-element movement, individual team-member responsibilities, room clearing/CQB, force protection and antiterrorism, security operations, executive protection, communications, land navigation and patrolling, weapons safety, reconnaissance, rules of engagement and the law of war, and infiltration/exfiltration — designed for trained military, law-enforcement, and security personnel and students in those fields. Everything runs on your device. We do not operate servers that collect your data, require no account, and run no analytics or tracking. Nothing you enter, answer, or view is transmitted to us. The app makes no network requests of any kind.

Educational Content & Sources

Tactical Ops Ready is an educational study tool. It is not operational guidance, not a rules-of-engagement authority, not professional, legal, or safety advice, and not a substitute for accredited instruction, qualified supervision, your unit or agency policy, or the lawful orders of competent authority. Content is derived from publicly available military and Joint doctrine, cited item by item and listed in full on the in-app Sources screen.

Information We Do Not Collect

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

- Any data at all — the app makes no network requests of any kind

Data & Storage

All processing is local. The app stores your quiz progress and readiness stats by topic, plus a mute-sound preference, via on-device storage — on Android, WebView localStorage; on iOS, localStorage/NSUserDefaults through the app's web bridge. This data is removed when you uninstall the app.

Google Play and the Apple App Store; purchase transactions are handled by Google or Apple, respectively.

Apple App Store Privacy (iOS)

- App Tracking Transparency: Tactical Ops Ready does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, so it shows no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and requests no tracking permission.

- App Privacy "Nutrition Label": Apple's App Privacy label for this app declares Data Not Collected, consistent with this policy.

- Privacy Manifest: The app's Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declares no tracking and no collected data types.

Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Children's Privacy

Tactical Ops Ready is intended for trained military, law-enforcement, and security personnel and students in those fields (adult learners), is not directed to children under 13 (16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Data Security

Your device is the primary security boundary. The app relies on the platform permission and sandboxing model and stores its progress data in the private app area. On rooted or jailbroken devices these guarantees may not hold.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date and noted in the app's own About & Terms screen. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
