This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at

https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs Snitch for Windows.

PRIVACY-FIRST SUMMARY

Snitch is a local-only privacy and surveillance auditor. It scans your own Windows system

and reports what it finds to you. We do not operate servers that collect your data, we do

not require an account, and we run no analytics or telemetry. Scan results never leave your

device.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Your files, communications, microphone, or camera content

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, or persistent identifiers

WHAT SNITCH DOES

Snitch performs local system scanning only — surveillance-adjacent software, abnormal

processes, and configuration anomalies. All analysis happens on your device, and no scan

results are transmitted off the device. Network access occurs only for explicit,

user-initiated update checks.

THIRD-PARTY SDKs

None. Snitch contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking components.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection

rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall Snitch at any time. Residents of

California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil

(LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; because we hold no personal data

about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Email

support@blackfox-media.com (typical response: 45 days). Full jurisdiction-specific detail is

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Snitch is an adult tool, is not directed to children under 13 (16 where applicable), and we

do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact support@blackfox-media.com with

any concern; we hold no user data to delete.

DATA SECURITY

Your device is the primary security boundary. Snitch stores any local data within your user

profile on your own machine and transmits nothing off-device except update checks you

initiate.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are

reflected in the Last Updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules;

disputes brought exclusively in Texas courts except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
