This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs Code Ready Pro - Pediatric, an offline pediatric code-resuscitation reference for healthcare professionals.

Privacy-First Policy

Code Ready Pro - Pediatric is an offline PALS / NRP / ENPC pediatric code-resuscitation walkthrough and clinical reference designed for healthcare professionals. Everything operates directly on your device. We do not run servers that collect your data, require no account, and run no analytics or tracking. Nothing you enter or view is transmitted to us.

Clinical Decision Support

Code Ready Pro - Pediatric is a clinical decision-support and quick-reference tool for trained, licensed clinicians. It walks through pediatric and neonatal resuscitation algorithms and steps (PALS / NRP / ENPC) for your independent reference; it does not calculate weight-based or any drug doses, does not diagnose, and does not direct or manage a code. It is NOT medical advice and NOT a substitute for current AHA PALS, AAP/AHA NRP, and ENA ENPC guidelines, valid training and certification, your institution's protocols, your scope of practice, or the judgment of the resuscitation-team leader or supervising physician. In an actual emergency, follow your training and your institution's resuscitation protocols — the app is a reference aid, not the authority on care. The treating clinician and team leader remain solely and fully responsible for all resuscitation decisions and for verifying every step against current guidelines and institutional protocol. ("Pediatric" refers to the patient population, not the app's users.) Content is derived from published pediatric and neonatal resuscitation guidelines, cited in-app; because these are revised on a periodic cycle, always confirm against the current standard of care.

Information We Do Not Collect

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

- Any clinical inputs you enter are not associated with an identified individual, are not transmitted off-device, and are not retained between sessions

Data & Storage

All processing occurs locally on your device. The app stores only local preference values (such as your disclaimer-acceptance flag and selected language), which are removed when you uninstall the app.

- Permissions: None beyond installation defaults.

- Third-Party SDKs: None.

Distribution

Google Play and the Apple App Store; purchase transactions are handled by Google or Apple.

Apple App Store Privacy (iOS)

- App Tracking Transparency: Code Ready Pro - Pediatric does not track you across apps or websites. It presents no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and requests no tracking permission.

- App Privacy "Nutrition Label": Data Not Collected. The app collects no data types as defined by Apple's App Privacy questionnaire.

- Privacy Manifest: The app's Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declares no tracking and no collected data types.

Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, note that the app provides clinical decision support only and does not associate any inputs with an identified individual, transmit them off-device, or retain them between sessions. Children's Privacy

Code Ready Pro - Pediatric is designed for licensed healthcare professionals (adults only); the term "Pediatric" refers to the patient population the clinician treats, not the app's users. It is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. For any concern, contact support@blackfox-media.com; we hold no user data to delete.

Data Security

Your device is the primary security boundary. The app relies on the platform permission and sandboxing model and stores its preference values in the private app area. On rooted or jailbroken devices, these guarantees may not hold.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date and noted in the in-app About/Read Me screen. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

This app is an independent clinical reference and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Heart Association (AHA), the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), or the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA). "PALS" (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), "NRP" (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and "ENPC" (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) are trademarks of their respective owners; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes must be brought exclusively in Texas courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
