PRIVACY-FIRST SUMMARY

TEAS Ready is an offline ATI TEAS 7 exam-preparation study tool. Everything runs on your device. We do not operate servers that collect your data, require no account, and run no analytics or tracking. Nothing you enter or view is transmitted to us.

EDUCATIONAL CONTENT AND INDEPENDENCE

TEAS Ready is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Assessment Technologies Institute, L.L.C. (ATI), ATI Nursing Education, or any nursing or allied-health program that uses the TEAS as an admission requirement. ATI, ATI TEAS, TEAS, and Test of Essential Academic Skills are registered trademarks of Assessment Technologies Institute, L.L.C., used here only to identify the examination this study aid prepares you for.

Every practice question, reading passage, and lesson is original work written by BlackFox Media LLC against the published ATI TEAS, Version 7 Content Outline. No retired, licensed, or reproduced official ATI test item, passage, or figure appears anywhere in this app. No score, admission, or credential outcome is promised or implied.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

- Any data at all — the app makes no network requests of any kind

DATA AND STORAGE

All processing is local. The app stores your practice and simulator results, your accuracy by topic, the questions you have missed or flagged, which lessons you have opened, and a mute-sound preference, via on-device storage — on Android, WebView localStorage; on iOS, NSUserDefaults through the app's web bridge. You can erase all of it at any time with "Reset all progress" on the in-app Stats screen, and it is removed when you uninstall the app.

Permissions: none beyond installation defaults.

Third-Party SDKs: None.

Distribution: Google Play and the Apple App Store; purchase transactions are handled by Google or Apple, respectively.

APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY (iOS)

TEAS Ready does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, so it does not show an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and requests no tracking permission. Apple's App Privacy "nutrition label" for this app declares no data collected, consistent with this policy. The app's Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) reflects the same: no tracking, no data types collected.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

"TEAS Ready is intended for applicants to nursing and allied-health programs, is not directed to children under 13 (16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact support@blackfox-media.com with any concern; we hold no user data to delete."

DATA SECURITY

Your device is the primary security boundary. The app relies on the platform permission and sandboxing model and stores its progress data in the private app area. On rooted devices these guarantees may not hold.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date and noted in the app's own About & Terms screen. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes brought exclusively in Texas courts except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
