This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs Paramedic Ready, an innovative offline paramedic exam preparation tool that provides essential NREMT examination support.

PRIVACY-FIRST SUMMARY

"Paramedic Ready is a privacy-first healthcare app designed to serve as an offline NREMT Paramedic exam-preparation study tool. Everything runs on your device. We do not operate servers that collect your data, require no account, and run no analytics or tracking. Nothing you enter or view is transmitted to us."

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

- Any data at all — the app makes no network requests of any kind

DATA AND STORAGE

All processing is local. The app securely stores your quiz progress and readiness stats by topic, alongside a mute-sound preference, utilizing on-device storage — on Android, WebView localStorage; on iOS, NSUserDefaults through the app's web bridge. This data is removed when you uninstall the app.

Permissions: none beyond installation defaults.

Third-Party SDKs: None.

Distribution: Google Play and the Apple App Store; purchase transactions are handled by Google or Apple, respectively.

APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY (iOS)

Paramedic Ready does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, so it does not show an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and requests no tracking permission. Apple's App Privacy "nutrition label" for this app declares no data collected, consistent with this policy. The app's Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) reflects the same: no tracking, no data types collected.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

"Paramedic Ready is intended for NREMT Paramedic certification candidates (adult learners), is not directed to children under 13 (16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact support@blackfox-media.com with any concern; we hold no user data to delete."

DATA SECURITY

Your device serves as the primary security boundary. The app relies on the platform permission and sandboxing model, securely storing its progress data in the private app area. On rooted devices, these guarantees may not hold.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date and noted in the app's own About & Terms screen. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes brought exclusively in Texas courts except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
