This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs the city rescue game, Melee Medic: City Rescue.

PRIVACY-FIRST SUMMARY

Melee Medic: City Rescue is a free, ad-supported arcade game. There are no accounts and no login required, and BlackFox Media does not collect your personal information. The game runs entirely on your device. The only data processed is what Google AdMob needs to display ads, as described below.

INFORMATION BLACKFOX DOES NOT COLLECT

- Accounts, names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses

- Gameplay analytics or telemetry

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or storage access (no such permissions requested)

ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADMOB

The city rescue game uses Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob collects:

- Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / GAID)

- IP address

- Approximate geolocation derived from IP

- Device information (model, OS, screen size, language)

What BlackFox Media receives: aggregate, non-personally-identifiable advertising reports only (impressions, clicks, revenue by country).

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

BlackFox Media holds no personal data about you, so most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the game or reset/opt out of your advertising ID at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights. Data collected by Google AdMob is controlled by Google; submit requests via https://adssettings.google.com and see https://policies.google.com/privacy. Under CPRA, AdMob's ad personalization may be considered "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising"; opt out using the device setting above. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The city rescue game is rated for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect information from children. Guardians should configure Google AdMob family settings on the device. Contact support@blackfox-media.com with any concern; BlackFox Media holds no user data to delete.

DATA SECURITY

Your device is the primary security boundary. The game does not request any sensitive permissions and does not store personal data on BlackFox Media servers. On rooted devices, standard sandboxing guarantees may not hold.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes are brought exclusively in Texas courts except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
