Privacy Summary

TNCC Trauma Sim runs directly on your device. There are no accounts and no login, and BlackFox Media does not collect your personal information. The app contains no advertising and makes no network requests of any kind. Your scenario progress is stored only on your device.

About This App

TNCC Trauma Sim is an offline trauma-nursing simulation app in which you work through interactive trauma scenarios and receive scored feedback with rationale. It is an educational study aid. It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and not for use in real patient care. All scenarios are fictional.

Information We Do Not Collect

- Accounts, names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses

- Usage analytics or telemetry

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or storage

- Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS)

- Any data at all — the app makes no network requests of any kind

Advertising

None. TNCC Trauma Sim displays no advertising and contains no advertising SDK. Earlier versions displayed banner ads through Google AdMob; advertising has been removed, the advertising SDK is gone from the app, no advertising identifier is requested, and those provisions no longer apply.

Third-Party SDKs

None. The app contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Data & Storage

- Local data only: scenario completion history, score data and letter grades per session, and session timestamps are stored on your device.

- Permissions: none beyond install defaults. The app declares no internet permission, so it is technically incapable of opening a network connection.

- Third-Party SDKs: none. No advertising, analytics, or other tracking SDKs.

- Distribution: Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Your progress is held in on-device storage. You can delete all of it at any time from the app's Progress screen using Clear All History, or by uninstalling the app.

Apple App Store Privacy (iOS)

- App Tracking Transparency: TNCC Trauma Sim does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, so it shows no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and requests no tracking permission.

- App Privacy "Nutrition Label": Apple's App Privacy label for this app declares Data Not Collected, consistent with this policy.

- Privacy Manifest: The app's Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declares no tracking and no collected data types.

Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Children's Privacy

The app is rated Teen / 16+ and is intended for adult healthcare professionals and nursing students. It is not directed to children under 13 (16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Data Security

Your device is the primary security boundary. The app relies on the platform permission and sandboxing model and stores its local data in the app's private area, inaccessible to other apps. On rooted or jailbroken devices, these guarantees may not hold.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date and noted in the app's own privacy screen. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
