This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs the use of Anesthesia Ready, an anesthetic decision-support tool designed specifically for healthcare professionals.

Privacy-First Policy

Anesthesia Ready is an offline anesthetic-planning decision-support tool for healthcare professionals. You can mark available drugs and gases, patient medications, and urine drug screen results to receive ranked anesthetic techniques, complete with interaction alerts and ASRA-hold notifications. Additionally, the app features a manual/simulated vitals monitor. Everything operates locally on your device; we do not maintain servers for data collection, require an account, or run any form of analytics or tracking.

Clinical Decision Support

Anesthesia Ready is a clinical decision-support tool for trained, licensed anesthesia professionals. It organizes the inputs you provide — available agents and gases, patient medications, and screening results — into ranked anesthetic techniques with interaction and ASRA-hold alerts for your independent review, and it includes a manual/simulated vitals monitor for planning and education only. It does not diagnose, dose, prescribe, or administer anesthesia, does not connect to or read from any physiologic monitor or patient, and its simulated vitals must never be used for actual patient monitoring. It is NOT medical advice and NOT a substitute for your own professional judgment, a pre-anesthetic evaluation, your institution's protocols, your scope of practice, or the direction of the supervising anesthesiologist or medical director. Every output is a prompt for clinical reasoning, not a recommendation to act — the responsible anesthesia provider remains solely and fully accountable for all anesthetic decisions and for verifying agents, doses, and interactions against current references. Content is derived from published anesthesia and regional-anesthesia (e.g., ASRA) guidelines, cited in-app; because guidance evolves, always confirm against the current standard of care.

Information We Do Not Collect

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

- Any clinical inputs you enter are not associated with an identified individual, are not transmitted off-device, and are not retained between sessions

Data & Storage

All processing occurs locally on your device. The app stores only local preference values (such as your disclaimer-acceptance flag and selected language), which are removed when you uninstall the app.

- Permissions: None beyond installation defaults.

- Third-Party SDKs: None.

Distribution

Google Play and the Apple App Store; purchase transactions are handled by Google or Apple.

Apple App Store Privacy (iOS)

- App Tracking Transparency: Anesthesia Ready does not track you across apps or websites. It presents no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and requests no tracking permission.

- App Privacy "Nutrition Label": Data Not Collected. The app collects no data types as defined by Apple's App Privacy questionnaire.

- Privacy Manifest: The app's Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declares no tracking and no collected data types.

Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, note that the app provides clinical decision support only and does not associate any inputs with an identified individual, transmit them off-device, or retain them between sessions. Children's Privacy

Anesthesia Ready is designed strictly for licensed healthcare professionals (adults only) and is not aimed at children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Please contact support@blackfox-media.com with any concerns; we do not hold user data to delete.

Data Security

Your device is the primary security boundary. The app relies on the platform permission and sandboxing model and stores its preference values in the private app area. On rooted or jailbroken devices, these guarantees may not hold.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date and noted in the in-app About/Read Me screen. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Affiliation

This app is an independent clinical decision-support tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA), the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), or any guideline or certifying body. "ASRA" and referenced guideline names are trademarks of their respective owners; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes must be brought exclusively in Texas courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
