This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs the use of Anesthesia Ready, an anesthetic decision-support tool designed specifically for healthcare professionals.

PRIVACY-FIRST SUMMARY

Anesthesia Ready is an offline anesthetic-planning decision-support tool for healthcare professionals. You can mark available drugs and gases, patient medications, and urine drug screen results to receive ranked anesthetic techniques, complete with interaction alerts and ASRA-hold notifications. Additionally, the app features a manual/simulated vitals monitor. Everything operates locally on your device; we do not maintain servers for data collection, require an account, or run any form of analytics or tracking.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Patient-identifiable data — inputs are processed directly on-device, not linked to any identified individual, and not retained between sessions

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

DATA AND STORAGE

All processing within Anesthesia Ready is local. The inputs you enter (available agents, patient medications, UDS results, and simulated vitals) are evaluated on-device, never transmitted off-device, and not retained between sessions. The vitals monitor is manual/simulated and does not read from any physiological sensor. The app stores a single disclaimer-acceptance flag via DataStore, which is removed upon uninstallation.

Distribution: app stores; purchase transactions are handled by the store operator.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are automatically honored. You can uninstall the Anesthesia Ready app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; given that we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, note that the app displays educational content only and does not associate inputs with an identified individual, transmit them off-device, or retain them between sessions. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Anesthesia Ready is designed strictly for licensed healthcare professionals (adults only) and is not aimed at children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Please contact support@blackfox-media.com with any concerns; we do not hold user data to delete.

DATA SECURITY

Your device acts as the primary security boundary for Anesthesia Ready. The app utilizes the platform permission and sandboxing model, storing its single preference flag in the private app area. On rooted devices, these security measures may not be effective.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect any changes to the app or the law. Material changes will be indicated by the Last Updated date and noted in the in-app About/Read Me screen. Continued use of Anesthesia Ready signifies acceptance of the updated policy.

GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; any disputes must be brought exclusively in Texas courts unless otherwise mandated by law.
