This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs CellGuard.

Privacy Summary

CellGuard detects cellular-surveillance indicators entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that collect your data, we do not require an account, and we run no analytics or behavioral tracking. Nothing CellGuard observes is transmitted to us, and CellGuard makes no BlackFox network calls.

About This App

CellGuard looks for signs of cellular surveillance — such as IMSI-catcher / rogue base-station indicators — and all detection is performed locally on your device. CellGuard never samples or stores the content of your calls, messages, microphone, or camera. Results are stored only in the app's private directory and are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Information We Do Not Collect

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Your communications content (calls, SMS, messages)

- Microphone or camera content

- Your files or media

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, or persistent identifiers

- Biometric identifiers

Data & Storage

- Local only: CellGuard stores any data solely in the app's private directory on your device. Nothing is sent to BlackFox.

- Permissions: CellGuard requests only what the operating system requires to read radio and cell state for on-device detection. You can revoke any permission at any time in your device settings.

- Third-Party SDKs: None. CellGuard contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Distribution

Google Play. Google may collect information during download and installation under Google's own Privacy Policy; BlackFox receives only aggregate statistics (installs, crashes, country breakdowns) via the Developer Console.

Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. At any time you can uninstall the app, clear its storage, and revoke permissions. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights (access, deletion, correction, portability, objection, opt-out); because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Children's Privacy

CellGuard is an adult tool, is not directed to children under 13 (16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact support@blackfox-media.com with any concern; we hold no user data to delete.

Data Security

Your device is the primary security boundary. CellGuard relies on the Android permission and sandboxing model and stores any local data in its private app directory, inaccessible to other apps. On rooted devices these guarantees may not hold.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date and noted in the in-app About/Read Me screen. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes brought exclusively in Texas courts except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
