This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs LVN Ready, an offline NCLEX-PN exam-preparation and Licensed Vocational Nurse course study tool for nursing students and licensed practical/vocational nurses.

Privacy-First Summary

Everything runs on your device. We do not operate servers that collect your data, require no account, and run no analytics or tracking. Nothing you enter, answer, or view is transmitted to us. The app makes no network requests of any kind.

Educational Content & Sources

LVN Ready is an independent educational study tool. It is not official NCLEX-PN preparation material, not a substitute for an accredited practical or vocational nursing program, and no examination, license, or employment outcome is promised or implied. Every practice question and lesson is original work written by BlackFox Media LLC against the published NCSBN NCLEX-PN test plan, and each item carries a citation to the source it was written against, shown with the answer explanation.

Clinical content, including medication classes, dosage calculation, and nursing interventions, is presented for study purposes only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to direct patient care. Verify all content against current references, your state Nurse Practice Act, your employer's policies, and your program's curriculum before applying it in practice.

Information We Do Not Collect

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

- Patient information of any kind - the app has no field in which to enter it

- Any data at all - the app makes no network requests of any kind

Data & Storage

All processing is local. The app stores your practice and simulator results, your readiness by topic, the questions you have missed or flagged, which lessons you have opened, and a mute-sound preference, via on-device storage - on Android, WebView localStorage; on iOS, localStorage/NSUserDefaults through the app's web bridge. This data is removed when you uninstall the app, and you can clear it at any time from your device's app storage settings.

None beyond installation defaults.

Third-Party SDKs

None. The app contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Distribution

Google Play and the Apple App Store; purchase transactions are handled by Google or Apple, respectively.

Apple App Store Privacy (iOS)

- App Tracking Transparency: LVN Ready does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, so it shows no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and requests no tracking permission.

- App Privacy "Nutrition Label": Apple's App Privacy label for this app declares Data Not Collected, consistent with this policy.

- Privacy Manifest: The app's Privacy Manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declares no tracking and no collected data types.

Your Privacy Rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Children's Privacy

LVN Ready is intended for nursing students and licensed practical/vocational nurses (adult learners), is not directed to children under 13 (16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact support@blackfox-media.com with any concern; we hold no user data to delete.

Data Security

Your device is the primary security boundary. The app relies on the platform permission and sandboxing model and stores its progress data in the private app area. On rooted or jailbroken devices these guarantees may not hold.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date and noted in the app's own About & Terms screen. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
