PRIVACY-FIRST SUMMARY

Patient Advocate Pro is an offline, clinician-facing clinical decision support tool designed for licensed healthcare professionals. You can enter chronic conditions, vital signs, and findings across body systems to receive ranked diagnostic possibilities, along with the contributing findings, match weights, and suggested tests for independent clinical review. Everything operates directly on your device, ensuring patient privacy since we do not utilize servers that collect your data, require no account, and do not run any analytics or tracking.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Patient-identifiable data — your inputs are processed on-device, remain unassociated with any identified individual, and are not retained between sessions

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

DATA AND STORAGE

All processing is done locally. The inputs you enter (chronic conditions, vital signs, and findings by system) are evaluated on-device and not transmitted or retained between sessions. The app saves a single disclaimer-acceptance flag via DataStore, which is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Permissions: none beyond installation defaults. Third-Party SDKs: None. Distribution: available in app stores; purchase transactions are managed by the store operator.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data protection rights are automatically honored. You can uninstall the healthcare app or clear its storage at any time. If you reside in California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, or New Zealand, you have additional rights. Since we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, please note that the app provides clinical decision support only and does not associate inputs with any identified individual, transmit them off-device, or retain them between sessions. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Patient Advocate Pro is intended solely for licensed healthcare professionals (adults only), is not directed towards children under 13 (or 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect information from children. DATA SECURITY

The primary security boundary resides within your device. The app relies on the platform permission and sandboxing model, storing its single preference flag in the private app area. Note that these guarantees may not hold on rooted devices.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the healthcare app or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by a new Last Updated date and noted in the in-app About/Read Me screen. Continued use signifies acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes are to be brought exclusively in Texas courts, unless mandatory law specifies otherwise.
