This app-specific policy supplements the BlackFox Media LLC master Privacy Policy at https://www.blackfox-media.com/privacy-policy and governs MCI TriageReady, a privacy-first app designed for healthcare professionals.

PRIVACY-FIRST SUMMARY

MCI TriageReady serves as an offline CBRNE mass casualty decision support tool for healthcare professionals. Everything runs directly on your device. We do not operate servers that collect your data, require no account, and run no analytics or tracking. Nothing you enter or view is transmitted to us.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Patient-identifiable data — inputs are processed on-device and not retained between sessions

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

DATA AND STORAGE

All processing is local. The app stores a single boolean flag (your acceptance of the disclaimer) via DataStore. It is removed when you uninstall the app.

Permissions: none beyond installation defaults.

Third-Party SDKs: None.

Distribution: Google Play; purchase transactions are handled by Google.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, note that the app displays educational content only and does not associate inputs with an identified individual, transmit them off-device, or retain them between sessions. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

MCI TriageReady is intended for licensed healthcare professionals (adults only) and is not directed to children under 13 (16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact support@blackfox-media.com with any concern; we hold no user data to delete.

DATA SECURITY

Your device is the primary security boundary. The app relies on the platform permission and sandboxing model and stores its single preference flag in the private app area. On rooted devices, these guarantees may not hold.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date and noted in the in-app About/Read Me screen. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes brought exclusively in Texas courts except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
