PRIVACY-FIRST SUMMARY

InfusionReady is an offline IV infusion checker designed specifically for critical-care nursing professionals. This app serves as a Y-site compatibility checker and line planner, ensuring that everything runs solely on your device. We do not operate servers that collect your data, require no account, and run no analytics or tracking. Your medication selections and any custom infusions you enter are evaluated on-device only and are never sent to us or to any third party.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Patient-identifiable data — the app plans lines from drug selections, not patient records

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

DATA AND STORAGE

All processing is local. The app securely stores your disclaimer-acceptance flag and any custom pharmacy infusions you choose to save via DataStore/local storage. These are kept on your device only and are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Distribution: app stores; purchase transactions are handled by the store operator.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on any server, most data-protection rights are honored automatically. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage at any time. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; because we hold no personal data about you, our response to a verifiable request will confirm that none exists. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

DATA SECURITY

Your device is the primary security boundary. The app relies on the platform permission and sandboxing model and stores its preferences and any custom infusions in the private app area. On rooted devices these guarantees may not hold.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes are reflected in the Last Updated date and noted in the in-app About/Read Me screen. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes brought exclusively in Texas courts except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
