PRIVACY-FIRST SUMMARY

CodeReady - Pediatric serves as an offline PALS/NRP/ENPC pediatric code-resuscitation walkthrough and weight-based dosing reference designed specifically for healthcare professionals. Everything operates directly on your device, eliminating the need for server operations that collect your data. This means no account creation or analytics tracking is necessary. Nothing you enter or view is transmitted to us.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

- Identifying information (name, email, phone, address)

- Patient-identifiable data — the app acts solely as a reference and does not save any clinical case data

- Location, microphone, camera, contacts, or files

- Behavioral analytics, telemetry, biometric identifiers, or persistent identifiers

DATA AND STORAGE

All processing within the app is local. CodeReady - Pediatric stores two values via DataStore: your disclaimer-acceptance flag and your selected language. Both of these are deleted when you uninstall the app. The working weight you enter for a code is only held in memory during that session; it is never written to storage, maintained between launches, or transmitted off-device. Permissions required are limited to installation defaults. There are no Third-Party SDKs involved. Distribution occurs through Google Play and the Apple App Store, with purchase transactions managed by the store operator.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

As we do not collect or store any personal data on a server, most data-protection rights are automatically honored. You can uninstall the app or clear its storage whenever you wish. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR), Canada (PIPEDA/Quebec Law 25), Brazil (LGPD), Australia, and New Zealand have additional rights; since we hold no personal data about you, our response to any verifiable request will affirm that none exists. Under the Washington My Health My Data Act, be aware that the app displays decision-support content exclusively and does not associate inputs with any identified individual, transmit them off-device, or retain them between sessions. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

CodeReady - Pediatric is designed for licensed healthcare professionals (adults only); the term "Pediatric" pertains to the patient population the clinician treats, not the app's users. DATA SECURITY

The primary security boundary is your device. The app adheres to the platform permission and sandboxing model, storing its two preference values in the private app area. On rooted or jailbroken devices, these security measures may be compromised.
